Real Estate has always been a passion for me. I have been investing for income property on the Miami Beach as well as in the Keys since the 80's. Resort areas on the water have always been great investments and the best places to live.

Born abroad and a transplant from the Boston area, my parents had a small weekend place on the Cape. Very much like the Keys are to Miami, Cape Cod was the weekend get away for Boston and a lifestyle location for others. It was natural for me to make the transition from a large city to a small resort area while enjoying the convenience of both.

After 15 years with State, I decided that Real Estate was a natural career move and have been successfully helping buyers and sellers make the most of their investment plans.

Does education and strong work experience help in Real Estate? You bet! Like any business, Real Estate requires sound evaluation, research and attention to detail. I have been able to make the investment experience much more successful for my customers, largely because I work hard to make sure their investment is the best the market can offer!
